Are you organised, people-focused, and experienced in property rentals? We are seeking a Rentals & Property Management Coordinator to manage day-to-day property operations and tenancy services within our premium residential development.
Working within a luxury resort-style environment—with on-site spa, fitness centre, swimming pools, fine dining restaurant, and other hotel-level facilities—you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for landlords, tenants, and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full rental process, including marketing property listings, conducting viewings, and managing tenancy applications
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
Handle all tenant queries, move-ins, renewals, and move-out procedures with professionalism
Liaise with on-site facilities management teams, housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge staff to resolve issues promptly
Oversee property inspections, maintenance requests, and ensure all units meet brand and cleanliness standards
Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective work
Maintain accurate records, tenancy documentation, and rental performance reports
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and residential management regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in residential rentals, property management, or customer-facing real estate roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with both landlords and tenants
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking across multiple properties
Professional, solutions-focused, and comfortable handling sensitive or urgent issues
Fluent in English & Turkish (spoken and written)
Confident using rental platforms, CRM/property management software, and digital tools
