JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Conduct daily tours and tastings for groups and individuals
• Promote and sell wines and merchandise
• Participate in on/off site wine events
• Greet all guests promptly and graciously and provide knowledgeable, consistent and courteous responses to questions, complaints and/or problems
• Operating the wine shop through the day
• Maintain, update and expand knowledge of the winery, viticulture, oenology and food by participating in educational training, seminars and tastings within the Winery and through outside sources
• 6 days a week, 12:00-20:00

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduate/last year student
• Fluent Turkish and English languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
•  Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines and to multi-task effectively
• Team player with a strong work ethic
•  Professional, warm and welcoming personal presentation
• Strong hospitality and customer service focus
•   Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation basis
• Knowledge of wines, wine production and the wine industry is an advantage.
•  Experience in a high-volume, luxury retail, restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Proficient with PC software including: Microsoft Word and Excel
