We are looking for a "Real Estate Marketing Specialist"

Job Description

• To build a high-quality property portfolio pool through active local and international market analysis,
• To manage a network of qualified local and international buyers,
• To engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs,
• To provide professional advice and guidance on real estate market trends, investment opportunities and luxurious properties,
• To conduct real estate developments, pricing strategies and property management processes according to professional standards,
• To complete sales and leasing transactions in full compliance with contracts, legal requirements and land registry regulations,
• To prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, prospects and market conditions,
• To represent the company's brand at the highest professional level and establish long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities,
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude,
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage,
• Extensive real estate experience for at least 5 years within the Cyprus market
