We are an international company operating in the fintech and financial services sector. We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to support corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
• Support company activities related to financial services, payment solutions, and business operations.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and service providers.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments.
• Assist with corporate structuring, compliance, and risk management matters.
• Support management in legal aspects of strategic business initiatives.
• Handle various legal and administrative matters related to company operations and projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Law and strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Previous experience in a law firm, financial institution, fintech company, or corporate legal department.
• Understanding of international business structures and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken). CV should be sent in English language
