Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Polish Speaking Property Sales Consultant to join our growing international sales team. The successful candidate will work with Polish-speaking clients interested in purchasing real estate in North Cyprus and guide them through the entire sales process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
• Present company projects and investment opportunities.
• Conduct online and in-person property presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate inspection trips and property viewings.
• Work closely with international agents and partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Reporting daily to Sales Managers.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, customer relations, or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work as part of an international team.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.
