IVF Patient Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused female IVF Patient Coordinator to join our IVF hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient communication and coordinating the entire treatment journey from initial contact through completion.

Language Requirement

Candidates are required to have native-level fluency in both written and spoken English. Candidates who do not have native-level English proficiency will not be considered.

Additional languages (such as Arabic, German, or French) will be considered a strong advantage.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
• Preferably experienced in IVF and/or hospital environments
