Sales Operations Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is essential in coordinating smooth coordination of key operational and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize inspection trips, including accommodation, lunch, transportation, and invitation letters where required
- Coordinate transportation with the sales driver
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including:
- Documents and agreements
- Price lists and availability
- Payment plans
- Campaign and event notifications
- Inspection trip records
- Sales reports
- Creation of CRM logins
- Monitor and record property key movements and coordinate property cleaning with internal teams
- Track vehicle usage and ensure vehicle checks and documentation are up to date
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and beverages
- Process staff leave requests and attendance records in coordination with HR
- Coordinate monthly personnel lunch arrangements
- Organize daily schedules for the sales team
- Handle accounting and financial requests in coordination with the accounts and paralegal departments
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments effectively
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration or sales support is preferred
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
