Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline in follow-ups, and the ability to work with CRM systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Handle incoming leads generated from digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients to generate sales opportunities
• Manage and track all client interactions using the Bitrix CRM system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and property viewings (if applicable)
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion and sales strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident in making cold calls and handling objections
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in real estate or property sales
• Min. 1 year of experience handling digital marketing leads
• Knowledge of international markets (preferred)
