About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Nicosia, TRNC. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on availability. You will support German-speaking clients throughout the sales journey—from first contact to closing—while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with German-speaking leads (phone, email, WhatsApp)
  • Qualify prospects and understand needs (budget, preferred areas, timeline, payment method)
  • Present properties/projects professionally and clearly
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings (in-person and/or online)
  • Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline in a CRM or tracking system
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and partners to progress deals
  • Support negotiation, reservation steps, and documentation workflow
  • Maintain accurate client records and reporting

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client communication, and a sales mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
  • Good computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office/Google tools)
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time and be flexible for viewings
  • Located in Nicosia, TRNC

Nice to Have

  • Real estate or sales experience (property, luxury retail, banking, insurance, etc.)
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel locally,
