Global Desk Consultancy Ltd. is a leading provider of proactive customer support and online marketing services across digital platforms and social networks. We are currently expanding our Back Office team as a Junior Financial Markets Dealer and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us at our modern office in Famagusta.

What We’re Looking For:

 

• TRNC citizenship

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field (considered a strong advantage)
• A strong interest in financial markets and trading (considered a strong advantage)

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced PC skills and strong technical knowledge
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Stress-resistant, disciplined, and responsible personality
• Strong common sense and analytical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic, commitment, and motivation
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Consistent professionalism and reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Monitoring client activity through internal systems
• Identifying and reporting any irregular or unusual activity to senior management
• Communicating with Back Office and Support teams to verify information and resolve  basic account-related queries
• Supporting senior dealers by preparing data, reviewing transactions, and maintaining accurate records
• Applying account balance adjustments (e.g. dividends, swaps, and other trading-related corrections) in line with internal procedures
• Ensuring the accuracy of client balances and transaction records
• Following internal procedures, policies, and timelines
• Coordinating with Back Office and Compliance teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
• Escalating complex or sensitive cases to senior staff when necessary
• Providing administrative and operational support to management and other departments as required

• Starting with Minimum Wage within TRNC Law, after 3 months’ probation period and increase to salary up to 1,650USD
