With our large fleet and strong focus on customer satisfaction, we continue to grow. We are now looking for a responsible and long-term Customer Service & Reservations Officer to join our team.
📝 Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Processing online car hire bookings into our reservation software
Handling customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
Managing phone bookings with clear and friendly communication
Coordinating with other staff regarding reservations and car availability
Supporting general office tasks and administrative duties
Delivering excellent customer service to both local and international clients
Managing emails using Microsoft Outlook (experience preferred)
🕒 Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:05
Sunday: Off
Work permit and social security contributions will be fully covered by the company.
📌 Requirements
Good level of English (spoken & written)
Basic Turkish
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently
