Visual Designer (Graphics & Video)

We’re hiring a Visual Designer (Graphics & Video) to lead the creation of bold, engaging content across digital platforms.

Location: 

Nicosia, North Cyprus

Or

Famagusta, North Cyprus

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

09:00 – 17:00
 

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual content primarily for digital platforms, including social media, websites, online advertisements, and multimedia campaigns.
• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include video footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.
• Use software and other techniques to produce graphics and effects.
• Recommend and decide what resources will best fit the production of the final product.
• Offer options and alternatives during critical stages of production.
• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate with team members on the progress of projects.
• Attend and take part in team meetings and project briefings.
• Provide technical support for design and video-related efforts.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with content.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other visual designing software and platforms (e.g. Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing capabilities.
• Solid experience with AI-based image and video generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, RunwayML, Google Veo, DALL·E, etc.).
• Confident in prompt crafting and able to achieve high-quality results using generative AI tools.
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaborate efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in design, social media content, and digital production workflows.
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to creative challenges.

Additional Factors:
