We are a consultancy firm which has been going from strength to strength since 2016.
Having decided to expand our team, we are looking to hire an Account Manager to work in our modern, diverse, and dynamic office in Nicosia.
We have an exciting and engaging work environment and offer opportunities to develop and grow within the company.

Working Hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 16:00 – 00:00
Wednesday: 14:00 – 22:00
Thursday: 11:00 – 19:00
Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities:
● Call newly registered clients to welcome them to the company
● Direct the clients to relevant products positively
● Answer questions and queries
● Identify client needs and recommend relevant products/services
● Escalate feedback, questions or complaints to line manager and handover to team members where necessary
● Maintain a high level of professionalism
● Attend and take part in team meetings
● Knowledgeable and confident with Microsoft Office
Skills:
● Fluent English speaking and writing is compulsory
● An additional language will be considered as an advantage
● Friendly and attentive
● Team player
● Ability to work independently
● Interpersonal skills
● Strong verbal communicator
● Able to retain/learn existing and future company products, with professional delivery of knowledge to the clients
● Ability to Multi-Task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment
● Attention to detail
