Miracle Cash & More

Miracle Cash & More is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming chats and emails promptly and professionally
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
  • Handle customer complaints by offering timely and appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English is required
