Miracle Cash & More is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming chats and emails promptly and professionally
Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
Handle customer complaints by offering timely and appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proficiency in both Turkish and English is required
