Miracle Cash & More
Miracle Cash & More is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming chats and emails promptly and professionally
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods
- Handle customer complaints by offering timely and appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in both Turkish and English is required
