Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Resident Services Desk team. This role is the primary point of contact for all resident communications regarding feedback, maintenance requests, and service coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless interaction between residents and our maintenance department, delivering prompt and professional service through our CRM app.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all resident communications exclusively via our CRM app.
• Receive, log, and track maintenance requests in the Elektra system.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely service delivery.
• Share quotations with residents, follow up for approvals, and confirm receipt of payment.
• Monitor work completion and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Record all service activities and updates in the Elektra system accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically to address resident concerns and feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in property management or facility services.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and service management software (experience with Elektra is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in administration or related field is a plus.
