We are looking forward to recruit a talented “Residence Coordinator” to join our Abelia Residence Team in Iskele.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in residential property management,
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Hospitality Management,
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees,
- Excellent communication skills, in English both written and verbal,
- Knowing Russian will be an advantage,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively,
- A solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles,
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative employees,
- Supervising all maintenance and repair work, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard,
- Ensuring that all residents feel secure and comfortable in their accommodations,
- Coordinating the move-in and move-out processes, including lease agreements and deposits,
- Responding to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner,
- Monitoring the financial performance of the community and make recommendations for revenue and cost savings,
- Developing and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the community,
- Ensuring that all employees comply with company policies and procedures,
- Maintaining good relations with both residents and owners.
