What We’re Looking For:
TRNC citizenship
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic to intermediate PC skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Strong commitment, work ethic, and a drive for success
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and consistent performance
Punctuality, reliability, and creative problem-solving
Capability to work independently and collaboratively
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Handling client communications via phone, email, and internal systems
Processing and monitoring client deposits
Investigating and completing withdrawal requests
Providing comprehensive support to management and senior staff
Supporting all departments with back-office tasks in a timely manner
