What We’re Looking For:

• TRNC Citizenship/International
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Basic to intermediate PC skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong commitment, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and consistent performance
• Punctuality, reliability, and creative problem-solving
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Handling client communications via phone, email, and internal systems
• Processing and monitoring client deposits
• Investigating and completing withdrawal requests
• Providing comprehensive support to management and senior staff
• Supporting all departments with back-office tasks in a timely manner
