Fertility Patient Coordinator (English Speaker)

We invite you to join a collaborative IVF team led by the internationally renowned fertility expert Dr. Halil Ibrahim Tekin (Dr. HIT), where you will also have the opportunity to work with UK and international consultant gynecologists in the field of reproductive medicine.

We are looking for a full-time Fertility Patient Coordinator (English Speaker) based in Famagusta, Northern Cyprus, who will support our English-speaking patients throughout their fertility journey — from initial inquiry to treatment follow-up. This is a meaningful and dynamic role in a well-established, internationally oriented IVF center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for English-speaking patients
• Guide patients through treatment, travel, and accommodation details
• Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and UK-based clinics
• Schedule appointments and manage daily coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality
• Communicate through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – native speakers preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer and office software
• Empathetic, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
• Residency in Northern Cyprus or willingness to relocate

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical tourism environment
• Familiarity with medical billing or international patient coordination
