Sales Specialist with English – Hybrid Work Model
 

We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist with English to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, communicate fluently in English, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
 

Position Details:

  • Hybrid work – partial office presence combined with remote work
  • Main communication channel: telephone (cold calling)
  • Opportunity to grow professionally in an international setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new business clients through outbound phone calls (cold calling)
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities and analyzing market trends
  • Achieving individual sales targets in coordination with the team
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

Candidate Profile:

  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Experience in sales or customer service, especially via phone, is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working within a cold calling sales model
