We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist with English to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, communicate fluently in English, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
Position Details:
Hybrid work – partial office presence combined with remote work
Main communication channel: telephone (cold calling)

Key Responsibilities:
Acquiring new business clients through outbound phone calls (cold calling)
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
Identifying potential sales opportunities and analyzing market trends
Achieving individual sales targets in coordination with the team
Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Candidate Profile:
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
Experience in sales or customer service, especially via phone, is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working within a cold calling sales model
