As part of our growth and commitment to international patients, we are expanding our team to include a French Speaking Patient Coordinator who will guide patients throughout their IVF journey with care and professionalism.
Role Overview
The French Speaking Patient Coordinator will be responsible for assisting international patients—primarily French-speaking and English-speaking—through every stage of their fertility treatment. This includes initial communication, medical preparation, travel coordination, on-site support, and follow-up after treatment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and fluent in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with patients in French and English via email, phone, and WhatsApp to provide information and support throughout the IVF process.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the lab team to ensure seamless treatment planning.
Translate medical information and treatment instructions when necessary.
Collect, review, and organize patient medical documents in preparation for consultations.
Manage patient bookings for accommodation, transfers, and appointments in collaboration with the logistics team.
Offer emotional support and guidance during the patient’s stay.
Track treatment progress and update the system regularly.
Maintain accurate and timely records in our patient management system.
Handle patient queries and resolve concerns in a sensitive and solution-focused manner.
Support the Patient Experience and Operations Manager in delivering top-tier service standards.
Requirements
Languages: Fluent in French and English (both verbal and written) – mandatory
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple patient cases with attention to detail and empathy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or patient management tools
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic medical environment
