• Ensuring high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• Very good English skills (minimum B2) in speaking and writing
• Experience in sales or customer service (experience in telephone sales is a plus)
• Confidence in conducting phone conversations and building business relationships
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a cold calling sales model
