Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, professional, and results-driven Human Resources (HR) Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture. Resolve conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Performance Management: Assist with the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Training & Development: Coordinate and implement training programs to support employee growth and skill development. Promote ongoing learning opportunities.
Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and suggest improvements.
HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR metrics and reports for management to assess trends, performance, and needs.
Health & Safety: Support workplace health and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
