Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. He or She will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and understanding their business goals.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and with potential clients, developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans that align with client objectives and company goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on account performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Cold calling: contacting a potential customer or client who has not expressed previous interest in speaking with a customer service 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Fintech or Financial services
  • Strong understanding of sales and client management processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
