We are looking to hire two proactive International Student Recruitment Advisors to join our International Student Recruitment team. These roles focus on guiding prospective students through each step of the enrollment process, offering personalized support and follow-up to ensure they have a seamless experience from application to registration. Advisors will play a critical role in responding to inquiries, assisting with application requirements, and ensuring that prospective students feel welcome and supported throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Assistance and Follow-Up: Provide prospective students with guidance on admission requirements, support document submission, and follow up regularly to ensure applications progress smoothly.
Inquiry Management and Student Engagement: Respond to inquiries across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, and social media, providing timely and detailed information.
Enrollment Guidance: Offer hands-on assistance with each stage of the admission process, from initial inquiry to acceptance and registration, to ensure applicants are fully prepared for university life.
CRM and Data Management: Track applicant progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
Orientation and Onboarding: Assist new students with pre-arrival information, orientation activities, and campus resources to support their transition.
Provide general support and maintain close collaboration with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields,
At least 3 years of documentable international student recruitment experience in higher education,
Previous experience in international higher education marketing, available tools, marketing budget management,
Language Proficiency:
Position 1: Native (or near-native) French speaker, proficient in English
Position 2: Native Arabic speaker, proficient in English
A comprehensive understanding of the current trends in student mobility and TRNC’s competitiveness,
Strong computer and internet literacy, proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and familiar with CRM systems (preferred)
Strong communication skills, with a proactive, student-centered approach.
Ability to handle multiple student cases with attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Patience and empathy in guiding students through the application process.

Please note that candidates without higher education marketing and recruitment experience will not be considered for this position. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position, therefore is not suitable for students.
