We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our company.
Requirements:
Preferably holding a bachelor's or master's degree from the Engineering Faculties of universities or related departments (Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, etc.),
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role in an electronics retail or related industry required.
Knowledgeable and experienced in supply procedures, project management and monitoring, contract management,
Experienced and knowledgeable in supply chain processes, and inventory management,
Skilled in data analysis and reporting,
Having leadership skills and an analytical thinking mindset, problem-solving oriented,
Having team management and motivation skills; possessing strategic management and decision-making skills,
Able to establish and maintain good supplier relationships; capable of monitoring and improving supplier performance,
Committed to honesty, confidentiality principles, and business ethics,
Advanced level of proficiency in English.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Participating in the development and implementation of the company's procurement strategies,
Defining business need for goods and services
Prioritizing initiatives to ensure timely support delivery
Managing supplier relationships in line with cost savings and efficiency goals,
Participating in the determination and monitoring of the procurement budget,
Evaluating and selecting potential suppliers,
Maintaining and improving relationships with existing suppliers,
Monitoring product quality and delivery times,
Working to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs,
Adapting quickly to business needs
Communicating with clarity of thought and purpose
Leading cross collaborative efforts with Accounting, Sales and Business partners
Managing, training, and developing the subordinate procurement team,
Organizing work distribution and monitoring performance,
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively; strong time management skills required.
Developing strategies to identify and reduce supply chain risks,
Creating and implementing emergency plans.
