A Patient Consultant will be employed at the Mediterranean American IVF Center.

Job Description:

Patient Consultant;

1. Provides information about patients' health conditions, treatments, and procedures, and leads them throughout the treatment process. Ensures patients are informed about treatment options, procedures, prices, and potential effects.
2. Understands patients' emotional needs and provides them with psychological support. Listens to their concerns, shows empathy, and encourages them.
3. Facilitates communication between patients and healthcare professionals. Identifies patients' needs, contacts relevant healthcare teams when necessary, and ensures coordination.
4. Guides patients on accessing healthcare services and support groups. Provides direction on how to access the resources they need.
5. Records and reports patient information. Documents important information related to the treatment process and conducts necessary reporting by taking patient confidentiality into consideration.
6. Provides information and instructions to patients on how to use healthcare services and follow treatment plans.

Qualifications:

1. University degree
2. Minimum B2 level of English (Fluency in additional languages is an advantage)
3. Strong communication and listening skills, friendly, and energetic
4. Ability for empathy and emotional intelligence
5. Team player
6. Good time management and organizational skills
7. Flexibility with working hours
8. High level of planning and organizational skills
9. Proficiency in MS Office programs
