Fine Dining Restaurant Manager

For a new established Fine Dining Restaurant will be open soon in Kyrenia, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. He/she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations in an upscale, high-end dining establishment. Playing a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service and hospitality, and driving business growth and profitability.

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining room management, food and beverage service, staffing, and inventory control.
  2. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
  3. Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence among staff, ensuring that guests receive personalized attention and exceptional service.
  4. Train, and motivate a team of skilled and knowledgeable service staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  5. Develop and manage operating budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  6.  Monitor sales trends, labor costs, and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  7.  Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations, company policies and procedures.
  8. Cultivate positive relationships with guests, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the restaurant's reputation and brand image.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining or upscale dining environment.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  4. Sound business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  5. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, wine selection, and culinary trends.
  6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  7.  English is must, Russian and other language will be an advantage.
