Back Office Representative

We are a UK-based company, which has been going from strength to strength since 2017. 

Now having decided to expand our team, we are currently looking to hire a Back Office Representative to work in our modern, diverse, and dynamic office in Nicosia.

We have an exciting and engaging work environment and offer opportunities to develop and grow within the company.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

09:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities:

·        Answer client queries to your best ability

·        Check and approve client documents according to the company guidelines

·        Escalate feedback, questions or complaints to your line manager when necessary

·        Collaborate with your Team Leader to solve any issues that may arise

·        Maintain a high level of professionalism

·        Attend and take part in team meetings

·        Have a positive attitude

Skills and Qualifications:

·     University or College Degree

·     Fluent in English. An extra language would be considered an advantage 

·     Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

·     Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·     Ability to work independently

·     Interpersonal skills

·     Great problem-solving attitude

·     A responsible and conscientious nature

·     Attention to detail

·     Willingness to achieve team and individual goals
