We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist teammate who can speak Russian or Arabic or Persian fluently for the office of our company in N. Cyprus, which carries out the international marketing and sales activities of real estate projects in Cyprus.

Requirements:

· Fluent in Russian, Arabic, or Persian. Turkish/English a plus.

· University graduate in Business, Economics, or Marketing.

· 2+ years of international real estate experience.

· Proven Sales and Marketing background.

· Willingness to travel.

· Customer relations and analysis skills.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Strategic thinker, results-oriented.

· Strong follow-up and communication skills.

· Licensed driver, residing in N. Cyprus.
