We are looking for Russian Owner Services Assistant
Job Overview
● Responsible for the management and sales of additional services to owners
● Maintains a high level of satisfaction by building and reinforcing existing customer relationships with owners
● Coordination between suppliers and service providers
● Property Sales department support with reference to owners’ packages and extra services and maintenance fees information
Responsibilities and Duties
● Management, reporting, monitoring and follow-up of company tasks - cleaning, laundry, water, gas, damage etc.
● Providing face to face and remote service to TM owners/ clients
● Occupancy Coordination with the Rental Department
● Work with the maintenance team - timely reporting of issues and follow up in reporting repairs needed in apartments
● Recording and control of apartment keys
● Arrange of client transportation, bus services, car rental etc.
● Management and billing of all insurance policies for owners
● Filing of all owner/ apartment related documents
● Detailed in-office reporting of maintenance/repair issues. Presenting proposals and gaining approval from the owners, ensuring funds received, issues resolved, reported to owner and closed
● Responding to and effectively executing tasks received through the owners’ services department
● Providing face to face service during the high season
Candidate requirements
● Should speak Russian and English (Turkish is advantage)
● Background in customer relations
● Computer skills, Microsoft office
● Ability to stay calm when customers are sad or upset
