Turkish Speaking Customer Support and Call Center Agent / Home Office

We are looking for highly motivated 1+ years of experienced Customer Support Agents who speak Advanced Level of Turkish and English to join our remote team.

We are constantly looking for high performing individuals to join our team.

What will be my responsibilities?

• Helping both Turkish and English-speaking customers via chat and e-mail
• Working together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction
• Managing customer accounts
• Assisting customers about account management, billing issues, content, basic website, and application navigation
• Providing account and application support to customers, specifically with regards to website functionality and troubleshooting
• Giving accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries
• Following company policies and practices regarding customer relations

What makes me qualified for this position?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration or related fields, preferably from reputable universities
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
• Being able to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• Excellent in written communication both in Turkish and English
• Having a passion for high-level customer satisfaction
• Ability to listen and come up with solutions to customers’ problems
• Self-confidence and maturity
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting skills
• No military obligation within the 1st year of employment for male candidates
