🌍 Sales Manager 

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Manager (female for gender balance) to join our international team!

If you enjoy communicating with people, are not afraid to take initiative, and are motivated by achieving results and increasing your income — this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

You don’t need to be a sales expert from day one. Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but motivation, communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most to us. 

 💬 What will you do?

• Communicate with potential and existing clients through calls, messages and emails.
• Search for and contact new potential customers using different platforms and CRM tools.
• Present our services and help clients understand how we can meet their needs.
• Build positive and long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and turn conversations into successful sales.
• Keep in touch with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Work towards personal sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys communicating with people and feels confident speaking with clients.
• Is proactive and comfortable taking the initiative.
• Is motivated by results and wants to see a direct connection between performance and income.
• Can work independently while also being part of an international team.
• Is responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Has good written and spoken English.
• Is comfortable working with a computer and online tools.
• Previous experience in sales, tele-sales or a call center is an advantage, but it is not mandatory. We are open to motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow with us.
