French-Speaking IVF Patient Coordinator

As Lefkoşa IVF Center, we are looking for a Patient Coordinator with advanced French proficiency to manage communication and coordination with our international patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with and coordinate international patients
• Provide clear information about IVF and donation treatment processes
• Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and the embryology team
• Follow up on treatment plans, appointments, medical tests, and medications
• Actively use social media and digital communication channels to contribute to new patient acquisition
• Assist patients with accommodation, transportation, and translation when required

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in French
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools
• Professional, friendly, patient-focused, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in healthcare or patient coordination is considered an advantage
