Role Overview

The International Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for promoting North Cyprus universities, generating student leads, assisting applicants through the admissions process, and building strong relationships with potential students and their families. The ideal candidate is results-driven, culturally aware, and passionate about international education.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Promote North Cyprus universities and academic programs to prospective students.
    •    Engage with students via social media, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
    •    Counsel students on choosing suitable programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
    •    Guide students through the application, admission, and visa processes.
    •    Follow up with student inquiries and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
    •    Attend virtual and in-person student recruitment events and webinars.
    •    Provide regular performance updates and reports to the management team.

Required Qualifications
    •    Proven experience in international student recruitment or a related field.
    •    Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
    •    Knowledge of the education system and university options in North Cyprus is a plus.
    •    Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
    •    Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
    •    Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Farsi, etc.) is an advantage.
    •    Proficiency in using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking.
