Bluecell Trading Ltd, operating under the Sharaf Stores brand, is a leading importer, distributor, and retailer of consumer electronics in Northern Cyprus. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Alayköy Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify customer needs, and track competitor activities.
• Strategic Planning & Brand Management: Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals and manage brand awareness and reputation.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital (social media, SEO) and traditional marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Product Positioning: Manage product launches, campaigns, and seasonal/category-based promotions.
• Sales Support & Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to support and enhance sales strategies.
• Budget & Performance Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze return on investment (ROI).
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Analyze customer requests, feedback, and complaints, and ensure alignment with sales and after-sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
