Sales officer (Female for gender balance).

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales officer with deep expertise in sales and lead generation. This is not just any role, you will be actively involved in generating leads using CRM tools, sending emails to prospect about our services and making phone calls with client. 

Key responsibilities:

• Generate leads from different platforms.
• Convert leads generated from various marketing channels into paying customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets and performance goals.
• Secure client referrals to expand the pipeline and strengthen sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and develop new business accounts to support revenue growth.

Required skills:

• 2-5 years experience in sales, Tele-sales or a related field. Candidate must be female for gender balance.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You must be fluent in English both in written and oral communication. CV should be sent in English language.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience with CRM and call center software.
• Previous experience in a call center agency is an added advantage
