This luxury development features hotel-style amenities, including an on-site spa, fitness centre, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, a fine dining restaurant, and more—offering guests an unforgettable stay in a truly premium setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full holiday letting process, from initial marketing and listings (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) to guest check-out
• Handle all booking inquiries, guest communications, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Oversee day-to-day property management, maintenance requests, and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Track performance metrics and optimize occupancy rates and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with local holiday letting regulations and health/safety standards

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in holiday rental management (Airbnb-style properties or similar)
• Alternatively, a strong background in the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartments, resort management)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in holiday let platforms, booking systems, and property management tools
