Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Representatives who are fluent in Russian, Polish, or German to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting our mission, vision, and goals by driving residential property sales and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications:

• University degree (minimum requirement)
• Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Valid driver’s licence and active driving experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agencies
• Meet sales targets
• Greet and engage with clients visiting the office and conduct face-to-face meetings
• Provide sales-focused information to clients over the phone
• Accompany clients on property viewings
• Communicate effectively with clients during and after the sales process
• Identify clients’ needs and financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions
• Advise clients on market trends, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related topics
• Ensure client records are kept up to date
