Miracle Estate is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
